1. Screen Recording Data
- What: Video captures of your selected screen/window content
- When: Only during active recording sessions when you explicitly start recording
- Purpose: To provide the core screen recording functionality
- Storage: Temporarily processed locally, then transferred to your dashboard only when you choose
2. Camera Recording Data
- What: Video footage from your webcam when camera recording is enabled
- Control: Camera recording is entirely optional and requires explicit activation
- Purpose: Picture-in-picture camera functionality for professional videos
3. Cursor Tracking Data
- What: Mouse cursor position, click events, timestamps, and movement patterns
- When: Only during active recording sessions on websites you choose to record
- Purpose: Enable auto-zoom functionality and enhanced cursor effects
- Scope: Limited to recording sessions only - no background monitoring
4. Audio Recording Data
- What: Audio from your selected microphone during recording sessions
- Control: Microphone selection and usage is under your complete control
- Purpose: Provide audio narration and sound for your video recordings

- Integration: Transfer completed recordings to your Videoyards dashboard when requested

What We DO Share

- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information (including country data) if required by law or to protect our rights, or to comply with tax authorities in your jurisdiction
- Dashboard Integration: When you choose to save recordings to your dashboard, they're stored in your personal account
Country Data Sharing: Your country information is only shared with third parties when necessary for tax compliance, legal requirements, or with service providers who need this information to provide their services (such as payment processors). We do not sell or rent your country information to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
